Suggestions for the editor ("Add image" and "tables")

1) It would be nice to have simple way to add tables (like in a wiki)
2) It would be nice if there would be an "Add image" button which does
a) ask the user for a file
b) uploads the file as attachment
c) inserts the [attachment=] code
