Email for admin new users require approval post / thread

I want email notification for any new users posting a new thread or post which will therefore be awaiting approval as I am using the required approval mod.

As I will be blocking a lot of new users (spam or unsuitable) I want to check a couple of their posts before allowing them to post freely with no moderation. I want notification for any posts which are awaiting approval (ie all new users) by email.

Is this possible I have searched a lot through the forums.?
