Allow customization of "Similar Threads" table

I am working on a couple of projects where the similar threads table needs a little more flexibility. Right now, it just pulls from the current forum. I think it would be useful to add a setting to also allow it to either a. pull from all forums or b. pull from a specific list of forums. I can code this very easily.
