additional "similar threads" option: draw from all forums

After every update, i return to this thread http://community.mybb.com/thread-54926.html to see how to change the behaviour of the "similar threads" feature. I suggest that the option "draw from all forum" vs. "draw only within the same forum" should be added as a setting into the ACP.
