Also decide the default chat room for each individual usergroup, and whether or not it should be selectable by the user. So, in reality, it would be like a shoutbox, just integrated with phpMyChat/phpMyChat Plus.

The users input on the forms goes directly into the new topic. The admin can also turn on whether or not replies to the post are allowed. Support for multiple forms per board would be nice.

My idea is to have a report button just like the report post button
